Welcome to Finished with Finesse!

You have found an event planner and professional organizer who offers services on an hourly or retainer basis.  I can help you love your to-do list, not be a slave to it!

Clients rave that I have excellent time management skills and work efficiently to help them organize their homes and offices.  They’ll also tell you about great parties and events I’ve created and implemented.

Let’s get started on your list.  I will make it fun and will gift you with a 30-minute in-home or telephone consultation free. Email me via the contact form or call me at 503-348-2996

About Raylea…

I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend and self-disclosed Type-A personality who has a talent for planning special events and organizing all types of chaos!

I am all about celebrating the home and family, whether it be with a large-scale event, an intimate celebration. I can help you to create systems in your home so your life runs smoother. This will free up more of YOU to connect with those around you in a meaningful way.

After earning a Public Relations degree from University of Oregon and working for more than 20 years in event planning for non-profits, including the UO Foundation, March of Dimes, OMSI, Special Olympics and schools, I’ve come to this point in my life where I am:

A special event planner with a knack for organization, hospitality and efficiency in tackling to do lists.

Finished with Finesse was destined to be my avenue to help others from the time I was a little girl. I would wake up on a Saturday morning and MAKE A LIST of “to-do’s….just so I could cross things off the list! Of course my list is a bit longer these days (thanks to kids’ sports, volunteering at church and school and my business). But I still revel in a list of tasks that have been “checked off” and would be happy to help you with yours.
